Scrambled eggs with fresh and egg substitute (DONNA046)

1 large egg0.5 cup egg substitute, such as EggBeaters1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb flavorings0.25 cup skim milk
Mix all ingredients together well.
Spray pan with cooking oil and place on heat at med-hi.
Pour mix into pan and wait a couple of minutes until mix starts to firm. Using spatula, push in from sides so that remaining liquid touches the pan and redistribute on pan surface until all egg mix is firm. Do not overcook.
Remove from heat and serve.
Serving Size: Makes single serving.
