Flour, white, 1 cupBreakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 cupMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 1/2 cupBaking Powder, .5 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tspEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 1/2 cupVanilla Extract, .5 tsp
Mix milk, sour cream and vanilla together.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs.
Add in Milk/sour cream alternating with dry ingredients.
Add in chocolate chips.
Cook over hot griddle/pan.
Serving Size: Makes 10 4-5 inch pancakes
