Oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal 2 cups fat-free buttermilk3 egg whites1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 Tbs splenda
Directions
Mix oatmeal and buttermilk together and let soak for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and your ready to cook your pancakes. These pancakes take a little longer to cook (just a few minutes on each side) You should get at least 6 large pancakes out of this recipe. They are great with blueberry allfruit spread instead of syrup and a dallop of whipped cream. Also, I like to grind my oatmeal in the blender or coffee bean grinder for a flour-like consistancy so my kids will eat it. They LOVE it!
