Honey Ginger Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
6 carrots thinly sliced1 TBSP coconut oil1 TBSP honey1 tsp ground gingersalt to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add sliced carrots and stir to coat with oil. Cover and cook until carrots are just tender, stirring occasionally. Drizzle honey over carrots and sprinkle with ginger and salt. Stir until carrots are coated.
