My Greek Salad

Ingredients
4 medium red ripe tomatoes - chopped2 large peeled cucumbers - chopped1 large red onion - chopped1 large green bell pepper - chopped2 cups of Feta - preferably fresh3 tsp dry oreganosalt - to tastepepper - to taste3 tsp lemon juice3 tbsp olive oil5 tbsp red wine vinegar
Directions
Chop up the veggies and place them into a bowl, mix in the feta and then mix the spices, lemon juice, vinegar, and olive oil into the salad.

You can alter the vinegar and oil to taste I prefer more vinegar to oil and that might not be to everyone's liking.

Serving Size: makes 6 1 1/2 cup servings - approximately
