Gluten Free Corn flour Cookies (Dairy, egg and soy free)

Ingredients
3/8 cup cornflour1/8 cup cornmeal1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 T flax meal1.5 T extra virgin olive oil1/4 c sugar1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix applesauce and flax. Add oil and sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10 min (until lightly browned on edges). Cookie will be soft.
