1/2 ripe medium Avocado ( diced )1 large ripe Tomato ( diced )1 large Cucumber (thick sliced then quartered )2 oz Fresh Mozzarella cheese ( small cubed )4 cloves Garlic ( minced or use 1 1/2 tbsp pre minced )2 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp kosher salt ( optional )1/4 tsp Black pepper1/4 tsp Bread dipping seasoning ( Dean Jacob's )
In large bowl add all of the Ingredients, mix well, cover and refrigerate for two hours.
