Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving Molasses, 21 grams Banana, fresh, 1 medium cinnamon 1tspwater, 1 cup
Directions
Mix old fashion oatmeal and water, cook for 3 minutes in microwave (you can use stove top - follow instructions. Add sliced bananas, cinnamon and molasses.
