1 tbsp olive oil10 cloves of garlic, minced1 tbsp capers200 grams of black olives, sliced2 cups mushroom, sliced (chestnut mushroom, is better)400 grams chopped tomatoes (1 can)0.5 grams of crushed dried chilli flakes (optional)1 tbsp tomato paste5.3 oz of spaghetti6 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1. Cook spaghetti as per instructions on the packet
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. When the pan is hot, add the garlic, capers, black olives and chilli flakes, until aromatic
4. Add the mushrooms and stir. Cook until the mushrooms are soft, around 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir.
6. When consistency of the sauce has thickened, add the cooked spaghetti.
7. Serve with some Parmesan cheese
