Ingredients
2 -4 pieces of Chicken2 Cups of Vegatables ( your choice Peas , carrots mixed vegetable )I cup of mushrooms1/2 Can of Cream of Chicken soup or Cream of MushroomSeasoning optionalCrushed Pepper Lemon juice instead of salt
Directions
Debone the Chicken
Marienate the chicken in lemon for 1/2 hour
if you wish

line the bottom of crock pot with a layer of vegetables and mushroom
Place the chicken ,pour some of the soup just to cover
cover the chicken with the rest of the vegetables
Pour a little of the soup
Cover the pot let simmer for 2 hours

Check every 1/2 hour

Great to eat on it own or over brown rice
