Multi Grain Hot cereal

Ingredients
1/4 c. quinoa1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats3/4 c. brown rice, cooked1 Tbs. flax seed mealcinnamonvanilla extract
Directions
cook the quinoa according to directions. Cook the oatmeal according to directions. Can add the cinnamon and/or vanilla during cooking. Mix all the ingredients together. Can pour milk on it and add a little sugar, agave nectar, or honey.
