Mirin Caramelized Brussels Sprouts

1 tbs olive oil3 cups Brussels sprouts, quartered1/3 cup mirin½ tsp red chili flakes¼ tsp Kosher or sea salt
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add Brussels sprouts and cook until Brussels sprouts start to brown.
Add Mirin and cook, stirring occasionally, until mirin has reduced and thickened and the sprouts are fork tender.
Sprinkle with chili flakes and salt, stir to combine.
