Chinese Tofu soup

Ingredients
waterbok choynapa cabbagetofu gingerbaby cornolive oilcarrotssoy saucesesame oil rice vinegargingerblack pepper to taste
Directions
Chop all veggies and cook carrotsand grated ginger in olive oil in skillet until slightly tender. Bring water, sesame oil and soy sauce to boil and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Add carrots and ginger to water. Fry tofu slightly and cut into one inch cubes and add to broth along with the lettuce, bok choy and baby corn. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add pepper to season.
