Almond Tahini Date Balls (Gluten and Sugar Free)

Ingredients
2 cups Almonds18-22 Dates1 Tbsp Tahini
Directions
Chop almonds in a food processor. Add Tahini, and continue to pulse mixture. Add dates (number of dates may vary depending on size) and pulse until dates are chopped and mixture is combined. Form mixture into 2 inch balls. If the balls crumble too easily, add more dates and mix. Place in the fridge for 1/2 hour and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 16-20 2 inch balls
