Ingredients
1 Stalk of Broccoli1 medium Zucchini 1/4 C onion (red)2 small squash1 tsp salt1 tsp black Pepper1tsp olive oil
Directions
Wash and cut all vegetables, place in a bowl, add olive oil and salt/pepper. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
