8 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles (uncooked)3 slices of provolone cheese2 cups shredded mozzarella2 cups cottage cheese 1 lb 93/7 ground beef (browned)1 jar Monte Bene tomato basil sauce2 Tbsp minced garlic to tasteYellow onions, chopped, to taste
Brown meat, onions, garlic in skillet. Add tomato sauce. Layer in crock pot: Sauce, cheese, noodle. Repeat. Top with remaining sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
