Paleo Tortillas

Ingredients
3 eggs1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat)2 tablespoons coconut flourdash of salt
Directions
Mix well.

In a heated, non-stick pan I melted a little coconut oil or butter and then pour a little of the batter in the pan. Turn pan to spread batter. Cook a minute or two on each side. Ta Da! They’re done!
