Egg white avacado cheese sandwhich

Ingredients
2 slices of nature's own whole wheat bread3/4 cups of liquid egg whites1 slice of Kraft fat free American cheese1/2 of a medium avacado
Directions
pre heat a small skillet pan with cooking spray
pour in egg white
season the egg white with sea salt and pepper
let the eggs sit until the edges start to turn white then
continue to stir the eggs until fully cooked
Meanwhile cut up the avacado
toast the bread in the toaster
Then assemble the sandwhich together.
