Whole Wheat Naan Bread

Ingredients
1 pkg Yeast1 tsp sugar¼ tsp salt7 oz flour.5 tsp baking powder1 Tbs olive oil2 Tbs yogurt2 Tbs milk
Directions
1. Mix yeast with 1 TBS warm water; add sugar, wait 5 minutes
2. Mix flours, salt, baking powder in bowl and mix. Stir in oil, yogurt, milk and yeast mixture.
3. Mix with spoon. Kneed until soft and pliable, about 8 minutes.
4. Let rise and cover with damp tea towel, for 10-15 minutes
5. The dough will be spongy. Using a small amount of flour, shape 4 equal balls with rolling pin into ¼ thick sheets.
6. Bake at 275F baking sheet 10-15 minutes.
7. Optional: brush with garlic.
