*Corn Meal Pizza Crust, 4 serving *Average Roma Tomato, 2 serving *mushroom, portabella, raw, 8 oz Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, .25 serving *banana pepper rings, .5 oz
Preheat oven to 450 degreess.
Slice and sautee mushrooms in vegetable broth.
Slice tomatoes and arrange on crust.
Sprinkle spices to taste on tomato slices.
Cover with mushrooms.
Bake for 15 minutes on parchment covered cookie sheet.
