Greek in a dish

Ingredients
Pork tenderloinClubhouse greek seasoningchicken brothonionpepperslong grain uncooked rice
Directions
Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray
Rub pork tenderloin with greek seasoning (can sub boneless skinless chicken breasts)
Add 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
Add 2 cups uncooked rice
Add diced peppers and onions
Stir just enough to ensure rice is level and all covered by broth. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min in 375 oven.
