Vegatable Relish Salad

Ingredients
Avocado 1 large slicedTomato 2 medium sliced14 slices Cucumber peeled 1 garlic clove chopped or pressed1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar2 Tbsp fresh Parsley chopped
Directions
Serves 2

In small bowl whisk garlic, Olive Oil, Rice Wine Vinegar and parsley. Set aside.

In large bowl add avocado slices, tomato slices, and cucumber cover with dressing.
