Chicken Sausage and Beans

Ingredients
1 TBSP - Minced Garlic1 cup chopped onion1 TBSP - Olive Oil14oz. of Chicken Smoked Sausage1 - 28oz Can Diced Tomatoes1 - 15oz can of Corn1 - 15oz can White Beans, rinsed1- 15oz can Black Beans, rinsed2 TBSP Fahita Seasoning
Directions
in large braising pan, add olive oil. Add garlic and onion until caramelized. Cut sausage into coin size pieces. Sautee until brown. Add corn, beans, tomatoes and fahita seasoning. Cook on low for half hour or to reduced.
