Kicked Up BBQ Cheddar Chicken Meatballs

1 lb lean ground chicken1 jalapeno, seeded & diced1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup fresh cilantro2 egg whites1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 small onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced Salt & pepper, to taste1/4 cup walden farms BBQ sauce1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray; Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, jalapeno, cheese, cilantro, egg whites, cumin, salt & pepper, Worcestershire, onions and garlic and mix well. Roll into 16 equal sized meatballs and place on the prepared pan.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Carefully remove from oven. Using a pair of tongs, transfer meatballs to a deep bowl and toss with barbecue sauce. Serve immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 16 meatballs
