Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 Cucumber peeled and diced1 C tomato, diced1 Clove of garlic, minced2 tbsp chopped fresh basil1 oz. crumbled feta cheese1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive OilDash of salt (optional)Dash of pepper (optional)
Directions
Chop fresh tomato and fresh cucumber into small cubes. Add olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, feta cheese, pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
