2 c. pumpkin (canned)3 c. low sodium chicken buillion1 T. butter1 t. salt (I usually omit)1 T. splenda (sugar)1/4 t. nutmeg1/4 t. pumkin pie seasoning1 clove garlic or 1/2 c. onions
6 - 3/4 to 1 cup serving
melt the butter, sautee the garlic/onions. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
