Gooey Chocolate Caramel Oat Bars

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt1 1/2 cup Butter, salted2 cups Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips14 oz jar of Hershey's Caramel ToppingPecans, 1 cup, chopped (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Cut butter in with fork or pastry blender.
Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust. Mix caramel sauce with remaining 1/4 cup flour and pour over chocolate chips. Sprinkle with remaining crust and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting.
