BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1- brown rice tortilla1/4 cup of bbq sauce (add 1T of water)1/4 cup of cheddar cheese2 oz of sliced or diced chicken breast1 slice of red onion1 small mushroom slicedsmall handful of fresh spinach leaves, chopped1T of blue cheese crumbles
Directions
Start with 1 brown rice tortilla add bbq sauce and spoon the mixture over the tortilla to cover. Add a tablespoon of water to the bbq sauce for extra saucy pizza!

Top with cheddar cheese, chicken, onion, mushroom, chopped spinach leaves and blue cheese crumbles to garnish.

Cook in the over or toaster oven on 350 for 5-8 mins

You can swap out the brown rice tortilla for a Flatout wrap to save calories.
