Make Ahead Breakfast Bake - 8 Servings

1 cup diced fully cooked smoked turkey (6 oz)4 cups frozen hashed browns1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup) (I used red bell pepper)1 tablespoon dried chopped onion 1 cups shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar cheese (8 oz)1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick® mix 3 cups unsweetened almond milk 1/2 teaspoon pepper4 large eggs
Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray.
Mix smoked turkey, potatoes, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl. Stir in Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours. (Or leave it in the bowl and pour it into the baker in the morning before baking – saves frig space!)
Heat oven to 375ºF. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes.
