Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dip

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed1/4 cup PB2 powder plus 1/4 cup tap water2 teas vanilla extract1/3 cup chocolate chips3 packets stevia 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened), if desired
Directions
Place beans, PB2, vanilla extract and stevia in a food processor and blend until smooth and thick. If too thick, add a little water. Add cocoa powder if desired. Remove blade, stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls or eat as a dip.
