Apple Cinnamon Walnut Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients
Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cup *brown sugar light (Domino), 4 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 12 oz*Applesauce - Market Pantry, Cinnamon - .50 cupButter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Egg white, fresh, 2 large Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp 1 apple, peeled, cored, and dicedWalnuts, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 350 and grease 8x8 glass baking dish. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, and mix wet ingredients in medium bowl, reserving some diced apple for bottom of baking dish. Once wet ingredients are whisked together, add to dry ingredients and stir until mixed well. Pour into baking dish and bake until oatmeal is firm, 25-30 minutes.
