Ingredients
2 Cups Romaine Hearts1 Cup Fresh Spinach1 Hard Boiled Egg1 Ounce Banana Peppers, about 12 rings6 Cherry Tomato'sHalf Cup of Cucumber, with peel3 Ounces Fresh CarrotsHalf Green Bell PepperOlive Oil and Lemon Salad Dressing
Directions
Boil Hard Boiled Egg. I make several for the week.

Wash, dry, chop, and prepare all ingredients.

Add dressing to salad in a bowl with lid, and shake well.

I'm a big guy, and this fills me up nicely.
