Pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup flour1/2 cup truvia baking blend1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice1/4 tsp salt2 cups Canned pumpkin (may need extra 2/3cup)4 egg whites, 1 egg1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions
1. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices in small bowl
2. Mix truvia and eggs in separate larger bowl
3. Add pumpkin to truvia egg mix, blend and then add flour mix, stir in walnuts
4. Bake in muffin tin 25 min at 375
