Ingredients

Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large Pork Sausage, 4 oz. Spinach, frozen, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup cut up Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 375.
Oil muffin tin or use paper cups to line pan for 12 quiches.
Saute ground pork and add onions to cook.
Chop spinach and mushrooms.
Spoon a tablespoon of pork mixture into each cup, top with mushrooms and spinach.
Pour in stirred eggs.
Bake for 15 minutes, til toothpick comes clean.
Cool and package in freezer plastic bags to use later.
To reheat, simply open bag and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Enjoy!
