Ingredients:Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.5 cup (remove)*Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 1 cup (remove)White Rice, long grain, cooked, 0.25 cup (remove)Beef stock, home-prepared, 3 cup (remove)Other vegetables that you desire. You may also add chicken or beef to make a more hearty soup.
Place all ingredients in pressure cooker and cook for 6 minutes.
