Clean Oat protein pancakes

Ingredients
1 c oat flour (I get mine at the local Co-Op)2 scoops protein powder3 Tbs applesauce1/4 c egg whites3 1/2 tsp baking powder1 c unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour on griddle heated to medium, in desired size. Cook for a few minutes and flip, cook thoroughly.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, whatever size cake you like
