Janice's Caesar dressing

Ingredients
3 oz buttermilk (6 tbls)4 tbls light mayo3 tbl grated parmesan cheesehard boiled egg yolk2 tbl olive oil2 oz. lemon juice1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp kosher salt1/5 tps black pepper1 - 2 cloves garlic
Directions
put all ingredients into a blender and whirl under all smooth and emulsified. keep in refrigerator until ready to use. 2 tbls are a serving for one person.
