boneless turkey breastchicken brothscallionsfresh gingercooking sherrylite soy saucebrown splendachopped garlicduck saucered food coloring
chop ginger & scallions. place all ingredients except the turkey in small pot. bring to boil and lower light and simmer 5 minutes. let cool slightly. place turkey in microwave pan. pour sauce over turkey and let marinate at least 1/2 hr. cover pan with wax paper or pan cover. cook in microwave 15 minutes. turn over. cook another 15 minutes. let stand 10 minutes and carve. you may put meat back into pan to coat with sauce or serve sauce on side.
