Indian Coconut Rice

Ingredients
Sona Masoori Rice, 1 serving (remove)Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)*chilli powder, 1 tsp (remove)Coconut, raw, 0.25 cup, shredded (remove)Red chilli wholeFor seasoningCurry leavesMustard SeedChana dal
Directions
Boil the rice separately and keep it aside. Cool it a bit. Add oil in a pan, add mustard seed, chana dal for seasoning, add red chilli whole and curry leaves. Add the grated coconut and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and chilli powder. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
