Baked Oatmeal with Apples

Ingredients
3 cups oatmeal1 cup brown sugar2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt-Mix above ingredients together in a bowlChop and place in a layer on the bottom of a casserole dish: 2 Whole Apples (skin on)Mix together:1 cup milk1/2 cup melted butter2 eggs2 tsp vanillaCombine dry ingredients with wet. Pour over apples in casserole dish. Spread to be even. Cook in 350* oven for about 40 minutes.-Reheats well!
