French Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 ounces extra light olive oil4 ounces rice vinegardash black pepper1 crushed clove of garlic2 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in mason jar. Allow 30 minutes to sit prior to first serving. Will keep for 2 weeks in fridge.
