Potato and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove) Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 cup (remove) Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove) Garlic, 4 tsp (remove) Spinach, cooked, .5 cup (remove) Edam Cheese, 125 grams (remove)
Directions

Serving Size: 1 large quiche 4 servings

Put beaten eggs, salt, milk, cheese and self raising flour in a bowl. stir just enough to combine.

Add potato, spinach, onion and garlic which have been cooked until tender in fry pan(lightly spray pan)

Pour into greased flan dish, cook in moderate oven for 180C for 30 mins.
