Blueberry Flax Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 medium sized bananas2 large eggs3/4 c. Splenda1/4 c. honey1/2 t salt1 t. baking soda1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce2 t. ground cinnamon1 t. ground cardamom (optional)1 t. vanilla extract1 c. whole wheat pastry flour1 c. spelt flour1/4 c. ground golden flax seed1 c. frozen Maine blueberries
Directions
Puree bananas, eggs, Splenda, honey, applesauce, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cardamom in a blender or food processor. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and blend thoroughly until there are no lumps. Add frozen blueberries. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 90 minutes.
