Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
1 pound of asparagus2 cloves garlic1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Cut tough ends off of asparagus. Rinse and dry. Place in a shallow baking pan. Coat in EVOO. Mince garlic and combine with mmixture. Bake at 37 for 45 minutes to 1 hr, until stalks start browning and are tender.
