Ingredients
1/2 C (113g) of Great Value Plain Greek Yogurt1/10 C of Nature Valley Protein Crunchy Granola (any flavor, I like Oats N Dark Chocolate)1/2 (65g) of a Banana, blended or mashed
Directions
Mix 1/2 C of Yogurt, 1/10 C of Granola, and 1/2 banana (I pre blend my bananas so I just grab a scoop and toss it in) mix and eat! This is an EXCELLENT breakfast with just 15g of sugar and 14g of protein!
