Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), .5 cup (remove) Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove) *Nasoya Organic Sprouted Tofu- Extra Firm, 12 oz (remove) *Almond Milk, Unsweetened, Pacific Organic, 1 cup (remove) *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (remove) Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard, 24 tsp (remove) **dill relish, best maid, 16 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Add to anything: chickpeas, diced tofu, seitan chunks, etc. Mix it up and eat your chickenless salad!
