*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz (remove)*Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 large, 164g), 1 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Beans, black, 3.5 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 3.5 cup (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 3.5 cup (remove)*Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree, 2 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 3 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 3 tsp (remove)
1. Cook turkey, pepper, and onion in pan ahead of time. Drain.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except spices) to slow cooker while turkey/pepper/onion is cooking.
3. Add turkey/pepper/onion to slow cooker once drained. Add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir well.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours in slow cooker.
Serving Size: 1 cup serving size (makes ~8 servings)
