Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
About 10 Slices, 5-7 day old, Sourdough Bread 6 eggs beaten*1 C 1% Milk1 C Pure pumpkin filling1/2 C Sugar1/2 C Packed brown sugar2 tsp vanilla2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 x 13in baking pan. Cut bread into 1/2 cubes and place into pan. Beat your eggs in a separate bowl. In a medium size bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Pour batter into baking pan and spread evenly throughout with a spatula, making sure all the bread soaks up the mixture. Bake for 45 minutes and enjoy by itself or top with vanilla ice cream.
