Ingredients
1/2 pkg Jiffy yellow cake mix (3/4 cup)1/2 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (3/4 cup)1 large egg1/4 cup cold water1/6 cup cold milk
Directions
With a whisk, mix cake mix, egg & water well. Whisk in milk. Whisk in muffin mix just until combined. Pour into 6 well-sprayed muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly brown on top. Let cool 4-5 minutes then remove from pan.
