Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup16 oz fat free Greek yogurt1/2 small onion, minced1 clove garlic, minced2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup low sodium chicken brothSalt & pepper, to tastechopped fresh parsley
Directions
1. Put chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.

2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except for the parsley, and pour over chicken.

3. Cover and cook on LOW 7 hours. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
